While you can use Zoom from the web, we highly suggest downloading the desktop client for the best possible experience. Not all features are supported with the web based client.

How to download Zoom Desktop Client for PC

1. Visit: zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe
2. A download will start.
   • If using Microsoft Edge, click Run at the bottom of the screen.
   • If using Mozilla Firefox, a launch popup box will appear. Click Open Link.
   • If using Google Chrome, a popup box will appear. Click Open Zoom Meetings.
3. A popup box will appear to allow you to confirm your audio and video settings. To join the class with video enabled, click the Join with Video button. To join a class without video, click the Join without Video button.

How to download Zoom Desktop Client for Mac

1. Visit: zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe
2. Next to Zoom Client for Meetings, click Download.
3. Open the downloaded file. It is typically saved to your Downloads folder.
4. Follow the prompts to install the application on your computer.
